You're encountering an issue where only two of your four printers are being used while two remain idle. This often happens due to printer load balancing or network configuration. Check the print server settings, ensure all printers are properly connected and recognized, and verify that the print queue is distributed evenly across available devices. Adjust the print server's queue management settings if needed.

Have you activated printer pooling across all four nodes? What spooling settings are in place? Do you use your print server for spooling or do jobs go straight to the printers? Keep in mind that printer pooling isn't compatible with a round-robin setup where each device gets equal shares. Prints are delivered to specific printers, and if one is occupied, they're routed elsewhere.
