Hello, your Razer Core Chroma x EGPU with the 2060 Super had been performing well with your Intel NUC Hades Canyon until you updated the drivers recommended by the Oculus app. The display went black and didn’t turn back on, so you restarted several times. Now you’re getting a laggy connection via HDMI on your PC, and you’d like to use your EGPU. Can you help resolve this?

It seems the monitor connection port stopped functioning during driver installation, but it works properly with another monitor.
