Your Radeon RX 5600 XT starts up and fans begin spinning right away, but the screen remains off. After a short time, the fans stop. The problem seems linked to the graphics card—your PC runs fine with a GeForce GTX 1650. If you need more details, just let me know. Thanks.

Check if you're connecting the same display cable to both GPUs and whether you've connected the VGA power cable. Ask if you're turning off the fans, referring to the GPU fans or the entire machine's fans.

I've tested the same cable with various alternatives, but the outcome remained consistent. The VGA power cable was connected, yet only the graphics card fans stopped functioning. The case and CPU fans kept operating normally.

It appears to be a low-speed configuration, which is typical. Verify that the power cord is securely connected to both the graphics card and the power supply unit. You might also switch to another cable. Are any diagnostic lights illuminating on the motherboard?

I repositioned the cable on both the power supply and graphics card, and even switched the PSU slot, but the issue remained unchanged. There are no visible LEDs on the motherboard, so I’m uncertain about where to check next.

Have you experimented with another power supply cable? The lights are usually positioned near the board's edge, but they aren’t mentioned in the guide, so I’m uncertain if they’re included here.

I switched to another cable, but it didn’t work. There aren’t any LEDs visible on the motherboard side, so they likely aren’t present.

Could the issue stem from a defective graphics card? Would you like to try it on another device?

Check if the graphics card is covered by warranty or is eligible for return within the store's timeframe. Another approach could be to reinsert the graphics card and verify that the connections are clean and undamaged.
