People are trying, lights are lit, but no connection detected. After turning off the power supply and reattaching the cable, it starts up properly. RAM: Tforce DDR5 7200 CL34 16GB*2 MB: MSI Pro Z790-A CPU: i7-13700K PSU: Corsair 750E I attempted several steps: reinserted RAM, changed socket, adjusted cooler screws, reinstalled CPU, used integrated GPU, cleared CMOS via onboard button, and reset the battery. Still no success—only boots once after switching power. If I shut down the PC, it fails to restart. Restarting via Windows helps. There was a power outage recently; could that be related? I now have new parts for motherboard, RAM, and PSU, but I need to figure out the root cause to prevent future issues.
This seems like a hardware concern, RAM and processor should be okay. Check the BIOS for unusual configurations, especially those affecting memory training. DDR5 memory training may require time—allow 2-3 minutes before trying to boot again.
