From what I've seen, it seems to be the LCD panel itself, not the cable. The best way to confirm is by gradually swapping parts, like starting with the LCD or the cable.

Thank you for your reply. I placed an order for a cable at a low cost and will begin using it. Should the cable fail, I plan to order a panel and replace the faulty one.
