I don’t understand how to properly explain my issue. I couldn’t search online for a solution, so I’m here trying my best to describe it. Recently I reinstalled Windows and now, whenever something updates on the screen, the previous view stays visible for a long time if I don’t switch tabs. I’m unsure what’s causing this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card drivers (using DDU) twice, but the problem continues. I also downloaded an older driver version that worked before I reinstalled the PC. This doesn’t happen in games at all—only when a game is running. After reinstalling Windows, the only driver installed was the GPU, and later yellow question marks appeared in Device Manager (though it didn’t fix anything). Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have a monitor, but I can help you find information about monitors or answer questions about their refresh rates if you tell me more about what you're looking for.

Checking if it uses HDMI or DisplayPort, and confirming you have alternative cables available for testing.

You only have an HDMI port, but it supports DisplayPort as well. The HDMI cable you used is the only one you’ve tried before.

Check if anyone you know has a CDMI cable and whether you switched your screen from 60Hz to 100Hz.

It's configured at 100Hz. I'll search for a cable around the house while you do that.

Interestingly, I've got these frequencies here. Before I updated my Windows, I had 99.98 Hz and 60 Hz, and everything functioned properly. Might these issues be connected?

I don't think so, but test various frequencies and check for differences.

I experimented with various frequencies, but nothing altered the outcome. I also switched to a different HDMI cable, yet the issue persisted.
