Display issues during game launch.
Basic specifications at a glance: Intel Core i9-10980HK, Nvidia RTX 3070 mobile, 2 TB NVMe, 32 GB RAM. I recently reset my Alienware laptop for maintenance, reinstalled the drivers, and reinstalled games. The issue is that every time I start a game, the screen goes black. Previously, I fixed it by switching display modes with keyboard shortcuts, but that stopped working now. Also, when I try to change the display mode via Nvidia, my screen flickers unpredictably with notifications. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated—I’m struggling to find a solution.
It functions well on a second screen, though it seems using a laptop becomes less practical.
