Display issues appearing during startup on certain systems
I’m not entirely sure what this is. It usually occurs at random times when I haven’t started my PC for a while. When it does, I still manage everything on the computer except for the appearance and performance issues, which make it slow and force me to restart. My PC works great most of the time. This is my main concern—my GPU is plugged into an extension/RSI cable to the motherboard because my setup is a desktop PC. I’m not sure if that’s a problem.
If it helps, here are some specs: MSI Radeon RX570 OC GC i7-9700K CPU, B360M-Pro, VRM 160mW, MB SSD 500GB, HDD 1TB, 16GB RAM.
Thanks for reading, and I’m looking for some advice from FullSizeRender.mov.
Is this AOC monitor a curved VA panel? Which model does it have?
It seems likely the issue is with the same panel or very similar to my own monitor. If the display gets too cold, it behaves similarly when powered on. After a while (once warmed up), it returns to normal. Over time it has become worse, but it usually recovers within about 5 minutes. Samsung lists the operating temperature range as 10-40°C, while your display shows 0-40°C on page 47: https://eu.aoc.com/api/frontberg/downloa...b7bccb/AOC Product Manual CQ32G1 English.pdf. I don’t rely on my Samsung screen as my main monitor, mainly because of the significant input lag.
