Hi, I installed a new prebuilt and immediately saw these lines on the screen. I thought they might be the drivers since I’ve used the monitor before. But the drivers aren’t installing. I also updated Windows. I need to fix this without returning the device. Any advice?

I’d consider removing the side panel and reinserting the GPU first. (Take it out of the PCI-e slot, there should be a lock near the front that you’ll need to push down toward the motherboard or side to free the GPU) Then reinsert it carefully, making sure it’s fully in place. Try again.

You might want to test the same thing again with the RAM, try one stick at a time and various slots if available. If that fails, it’s probably time to return it. I’m sorry to tell you this.
