Hi, I just set up my first PC and am facing some screen problems. The monitor I’m using is an LG Ultra Gear QHD 144Hz 27-inch. My system specs include a 7900XT processor, 7600x graphics, and 32GB of RAM. With the DP 1.4 display cable, I’m limited to 1080p at 144Hz. Switching to an HDMI cable lets me reach 1440p and 4K but only at 60Hz. My GPU and driver updates are current.

Join the discussions here! Consider installing DDU and refreshing the graphics drivers offline while not connected to the internet.

Review the monitor's DP configurations, as various displays can adjust distinct DP versions, influencing maximum resolution and refresh speed.
