When the PC starts, fans begin spinning, the motherboard lights up, yet no screen appears. The board emits eight beeps. Details: CPU i7-2600, GPU Zotac GTX 1060 3GB mini, RAM Kingston HyperX Genesis 4x4GB DDR3 2133Mhz non-ECC CL11 DIMM, motherboard HP Z210 Workstation Socket LGA1155, power supply 400w. I’ve checked: display and cord work fine, tried graphics card and integrated graphics both fail, replaced CMOS battery but issue persists.

Are there any warning lights on? They appear near the RAM slots.

The error messages about beeping indicate a corrupted BIOS or invalid ROM file. If you can't update your BIOS or load it properly, it might mean the motherboard is damaged. You should refer to your manual for a beep code reference and check if it lists any error codes.
