You're experiencing issues with your Aorus B450 Elite motherboard. It seems to freeze on the VGA light or fail to display images during gameplay, sometimes restarting unexpectedly. The replacement CPU didn't resolve the problem. Any advice would be helpful.

VGA light typically indicates a GPU problem. Could you share the parts you’re using? How often does the computer stop starting up? Which titles are running before it crashes?

Thanks for reaching out. Right now I'm playing most games, which is why things have been happening. It began with a CPU warning, so I replaced the CPU. Then I checked the RAM and fixed it. Now the GPU is showing issues. I have an NVIDIA 1030, but my main card is a 1070 Ti, which seems to be the problem area. It doesn't work about half the time. Appreciate your support!

Also, I didn't mention that I'm playing New World, WoW and League.

The 1030 is functioning properly. If you're experiencing problems with it too, consider running the system without a GPU since the CPU includes an integrated graphics unit.

It starts up without issues overall, but I've encountered some issues with the 1030. It occurs intermittently—either during boot or while running—and the error indicators flash in a circular pattern, eventually stopping on the GPU error light. This is really frustrating. Thanks ahead of time. Also, my previous Ryzen 5 3600 would freeze at the CPU indicator, which led me to upgrade to the newer model.

Consider the possibility that the motherboard is the problem. Test the system without a GPU.

It seems like you're questioning whether the issue might be related to the PCI Express slot. The performance without a GPU isn't surprising, but let's check that connection.

You also have an NVMe storage device, which appears to be offline at the moment.
