Hi everyone, new to this thread. I'm struggling with some issues on two PCs that share the same specs. The problem appears when the GPU is connected through the riser cable—screen flickers and shuts off. But it works fine when the GPU is plugged directly into the motherboard. This suggests the riser cable might be the culprit. I've adjusted the BIOS settings, changing the PCIe slot to Gen 3 then Gen 2, but the issue persists. After replacing the cable with Phanteks, it still doesn't work. I've checked voltage settings to boost PCIE voltage, thinking about possible drop issues, but haven't found a relevant setting. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution? These machines are in an office, but the client wants a more premium case—Razer Arous B550i, Ryzen 5600G, Corsair LPX RAM, 16GB, Corsair 650W PSU, Phanteks EVOLVE Shift 2. Thanks!
