Hello, I’m facing an issue with my keyboard, screen, and two fans—rear and front—that shut down suddenly. The LEDs on the fans, GPU, and RAM stay on even when everything seems fine. I tried turning off the PC using the main power button, but that didn’t help. Now I’m only left with turning off the power supply completely. Could you assist me in resolving this?

We’d appreciate some additional details to assist further. At first, did you consider switching to a different power source? This might indicate a power supply problem with the information we received. Best of luck!

Thanks for the details. Is this your first time using this setup or have you made any recent changes to the hardware or software? I think it might be related to the power supply unit, motherboard, or drivers. To check if a driver problem exists, try booting with a Windows installation media or a Linux live USB to see if the behavior stays consistent. For the PSU, swapping it with another could help identify the issue. For the motherboard, isolate each component—CPU, RAM, storage, etc.—to pinpoint the source. Let me know if you need further guidance.

It's a fresh PC, all brand new. I haven't made any changes. I ran the DDU test yesterday and so far everything is functioning properly. I'll check again in a few days to confirm. Thanks!

It's been just under a week since I completed the DDU, and my issue has resolved.
