The issue involves my screen going black unexpectedly during game launches, which is unpredictable and mostly occurs when I’m not playing a game. Audio problems include loops or freezing, especially during shooting sequences. Previously, fixing it required holding the power button or using the reset button on my case. The GPU wouldn’t turn on initially, so I had to re-seat it several times until it worked. I’ve tried various solutions: resetting BIOS, updating drivers, disabling XMP and ULPs, disabling Power Management features, and adjusting power plans. I also replaced RAM temporarily to resolve the problem. My PC components include a Zotac Twin Edge with RTX 4070, an AMD R5 GPU, an ASRock B650M CPU, and other parts listed. I’m using an outlet extension for my monitors and PC.

I attempted to use my computer today. As soon as I started a game, the GPU stopped working, and I heard warning sounds when I pressed a button. The PC would shut down with a single press of the power button on the case. Now that it’s turned on again, the GPU isn’t turning on at all.
