Display issues appeared suddenly after a recent change. Swapping RAM didn’t resolve the problem, and replacing the GPU only fixed it temporarily. Updating BIOS helped briefly but the lines persist now. They become more noticeable as I use the system. Various troubleshooting steps were tried without success. Please share your specs for further guidance.

Consider the suggestion from @Hinjima regarding a new cable or monitor. It seems the issue might lie with the card itself. Could you explain your findings with the other card? Your note about replacing the GPU with a 1050ti and it functioning for a day, then two more days, indicates whether the problem persisted. If the lines stopped after the first day but continued afterward, it’s likely the 3060 is faulty. Also, try updating the GPU drivers and installing the latest ones via GeForce Experience.

I've already tested with different cables and monitors, but the issue persists.

I swapped my GPU for a 1050ti and it functioned perfectly that day, but later I removed it to test using the PC with a 3060 and attempt a fix. I’m not completely confident it’s ideal since I only used it for part of the day, though it performed well then. Additionally, I believe the issue might not be the GPU itself—swapping RAM and updating BIOS resolved everything smoothly, including the GPU. I also ran DDU with drivers and got the same outcome.

If it didn't work with the 1050Ti, it's a faulty card. All the troubles you've done point to this as the main problem. The issue only fixes briefly after a restart—when you update the BIOS and change the RAM, you need to power off and restart the system. That’s why it resolves temporarily. If you reboot again, I’d try it on another GPU for longer testing. If the problems persist on the separate card, your 3060 is likely bad. Based on my experience and previous fixes, I’m 99% confident it’s defective.

Is it visible in the screenshots? If yes, it isn't the monitor or cable. If no, it's likely the monitor or cable. It would be unexpected if it were the monitor or cable since the image only shows some areas affected, such as the task bar remaining clear.

In fact, it isn't visible in the screenshots, yet everything looks fine—I checked both on my laptop and confirmed they function perfectly.

If it isn't visible in screenshots, it must be outside the frame buffer, indicating the issue occurs after the GPU renders the image. This affects the port on the GPU, the traces connecting the frame buffer to the port, the cable, and the monitors.
