I recently changed my CPU to an Intel i5 8600 from a Pentium Gold G5400. Now, when I try to boot with the new chip, everything powers on but there’s no display output from the GPU or motherboard. The BIOS is up to date for the H310M-K R2.0, and the CPU is listed as supported. The socket appears correct, though the CPU seems slightly bent—would that be a problem?

It seems you're asking about the degree of bending. Could you clarify what you mean by "it"?

There is one corner that is probably only like a millimeter bent.

This might lead to the problem; you could inquire about a replacement.
