I'm experiencing some issues with my new monitor. It appears black on startup, but pressing the restart button on the case causes the PC to reboot normally. I've tested it on another computer where the problem doesn't occur. I've tried changing ports, using HDMI, switching cables, using DDU to remove GPU drivers, reinstalling CMOS, and even replacing the battery.
Additionally, I'm facing a significant delay when switching out of full screen games in Alt+Tab mode. The screen goes black for about two seconds before returning to the desktop or game. This signal loss seems unusual. Thank you for your help ahead of time.
