I recently purchased a new PC after using a laptop for several years. It's been quite good overall, except for one problem: when I switch to exclusive fullscreen in a game, my screen turns black briefly, even when switching tabs in or out of the game. This is really frustrating. Here are some examples you shared:

Additionally, I've tested connecting my current laptop to the same monitor, but the issue doesn't appear there. The setup was different (HDMI on laptop, PC on DVI), and even using HDMI on the PC didn't help.
PC Specifications: i9 13900k, RTX 4060ti, 64GB DDR5 6000MHz
Laptop Specs: i7 10750H, RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

It might be a driver problem—remove the GPU driver and use an older version.
