Sorry for the delayed response, I've been really occupied with work and have been working through this using the USB. At most, I can get it to either freeze at 100% (one of the first tries) or drop to 46% (most other attempts). My PC hasn't managed to install a Windows update in about three months now, which suggests the same problem is likely preventing the Windows repair.

Consider attempting the update without an internet connection. It could bypass the update phase if it can't connect to a server for any data. If using a USB, you likely won't need them.
The only other option I see is performing a fresh installation of Windows 11. It's not too bad as long as you save all necessary files on C before proceeding.

I just decided to give up and performed a system reset, at least it appears resolved, thank you for your support.

if the issue involves windows, resetting with the image file may not resolve the problem effectively.
If you encounter difficulties, consider performing a clean installation.
