The voltage override of 1.2V is acceptable for running a 1.2V static, no offset needed. On a Z790 Tomahawk, set the offset mode to default and confirm the value matches your requirements.

It would be helpful if you could test Prime95 with small FFTs for about 15 minutes to check for stability issues.
