You're not sure about the next steps? Let me clarify. The image displays the routing details for the box, meaning adding a route will affect every service associated with that box.

You are not providing us with enough details to give you a proper answer. 1) How is your VPN configured? Is it handled by your router? Is it handled by the Diskstation itself? 2) What does your network look like? We need to know what addresses you use in your network before telling you how to route your traffic, if this is even an appropriate solution to begin with (which I don't think it is).
