It looks like the main issue is likely a full drive with limited space. A few days ago, my SSD was nearly empty—only 250MB left—and performance dropped significantly. Removing around 40GB of video data made things much faster. Since then, boot times have increased by about an hour, and opening files remains slow. Disk information shows high usage overall, but startup and other components stay under 50%. I still have roughly 44GB free.

Navigate to the drive's properties, choose Tools → Optimize, then pick the drive and click Optimize.

They did that and the startup felt a bit quicker. Chrome tabs are loading almost immediately now. I'm not entirely sure it fully resolved the issue, but it definitely helped!
