My C drive is an SSD while my E drive is a traditional HDD. Both are physically separate disks. I’m not sure why the E drive shifted and became one disk.

You're questioning the setup since it seems partitions might also be on the HDD.

You can visualize partitions with Macrium Reflect, and then recover these partitions onto a different drive.
