Hi everyone, I'm trying to clear some space on my computer but I'm having trouble figuring out why. Disk C is displaying only 200MB remaining, yet when I check the properties, it shows 100GB. Where could all this extra space be? I've marked some folders as hidden. Could you help me understand what might be taking up the rest of the space? Thanks a lot! Have a great day!

It might include Windows store applications and games, plus other concealed files and folders such as the page file and hibernation file. Using TreeSize Free, running it with administrative privileges should display more information about each folder.

In Windows locate "Disk Cleanup," then select clean or delete system files and review which items consume the most space. Even though some system files are removed, the process clears them safely.

WinDirStat is a compact, straightforward, and free tool that displays disk usage details. By default, Windows hides files; open File Explorer, navigate to View > Options, and enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives." You can also disable the protection toggle for safer access.

Identified the issue. TreeSize is a straightforward and intuitive tool. The 130GB file was concealed in C:\Windows\Folder..... Even the admin couldn't access it. I've granted the necessary rights and can now view everything. Thanks everyone!
