I might have misinterpreted it by thinking you're referring to a specific setting, but actually it's about the task manager showing CPU, memory, then disk usage at nearly 100%.

Not much at all, I tried it with my own Minecraft version. As soon as I opened it, it would drop to 99% and rarely fell under 75%
