I noticed someone on YouTube doing a detailed walkthrough for a 5900x setup, but it took a lot of time and required a high-quality water cooling system.

The unusual part was my MSI B450 board included a BIOS section labeled "try it," which allowed you to choose the desired RAM speed and timing settings. That feature is no longer available these days.

Test configuration 1900 1:1, vsoc @ 1.15, iod @ 1.065v. Possibly Soc llc at level 4. Timing looks smooth—16-16-16-xx around 1.45 volts. I’m pushing my limits at 235/160/190 and then the curve. Using an older AGESA since they failed PBO with 1206 and higher.

They seem to be B-Die models. If that's correct, they should aim for the fastest available speed. My boards are rated at 3200C14.

Searching for a 3800-3733 cl14 bdie profile (set cl15 instead) and pasting it now. The current setup doesn’t require future-proofing with that RAM, as newer systems use DDR5 and RAM speed rarely impacts performance much. Well-tuned setups with solid I/O can offer a clear boost for the CPU and possibly some games, though benchmark numbers won’t show much change since the GPU usually limits results. RAM optimization is tricky due to many timing and voltage settings; personal experience suggests blind tuning can work, but it’s mostly about fun and minor gains. Regular 3200 cl16 or 3600 cl18 RAM works fine, and tuning can feel like bragging rights (1520 DDR2 might get hot). You might see a few fps improvements depending on the game, but 360Hz displays are rare outside competitive play.
