I faced some problems before, after missing my target, I turned to the callback feature. I met a guy in North America who was really laid-back. He wasn’t able to help me directly, though I’d need executives from two big companies to get things done for him, but he treated it well.

I had a positive interaction with EA/Origin help. They provided a new fake CD key quickly—under 20 minutes—and I waited about 15 minutes in line.
