I met with a person called Mohd to talk about a credit card statement that showed I bought Titanfall twice. I was puzzled because it kept saying I purchased the game twice, even though I’d been accepted for a refund on one copy in my Order History on my Origin account. He explained it wasn’t charged twice and then ended the chat since he didn’t respond. My first thought was to reach out to Origin Support.

When I first started playing BF4, it ran very slowly (now it works fine). I reached out via live chat, but it took a long time to connect. The first two attempts had no reply, while the third time someone answered and assisted me.

Interesting to see the wait time before the connection ends. It seems about 5 to 10 minutes is typical before they disconnect the live chat.

It was a considerable gap—perhaps ten, fifteen, or twenty minutes—before the next response came. They seem busy with other tasks and responsibilities.

You should definitely file a complaint if you have a screenshot of the chat log. This isn't typical behavior. It took nearly 20 minutes for the person I spoke to a few years ago to disconnect.

I spoke with someone who had a name I couldn’t place right away. Another person offered help regarding a redemption code from Amazon. I asked if it would expire. He was polite and even gave me a 15% discount code without any clear reason. I regret that you didn’t find the same result with your contact.
