Hi, your ATX case isn’t providing enough room for a standard air cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO. You’re currently using a Cooler Master Hyper T2, but it struggles to keep the CPU cool under heavy load (reaching nearly 100°C). Mounting a 120mm liquid cooler with Velcro seems possible if you find a suitable spot, though securing it properly is key. Regarding the EVGA CL11, its maximum TDP isn’t specified in detail here, but it’s typically around 120W for a 120mm cooler.

The Intel Server Chassis P4000 has sufficient space at the top for mounting the liquid cooler. Consider using a suitable holder or bracket to secure it in place.
