They pulled an unexpected twist on us, man. The ending really frustrated me in so many ways. I mean, you actually get to play as the doctor. This was a joke from 4chan.org/v because it was so ridiculous and they did it. Like, goddamn it. But what really bothered me more was after unlocking some cool stuff, they just killed Quiet instead of letting her take the antidote. WHY?

Sure, I think so too. It didn’t really feel very original.

It's a total misunderstanding about the MGS series. The conclusion doesn't resolve any story threads and offers no fresh insights into the characters. You're probably lost with the timeline. There are two snakes—Solid Snake is 12 in MGSV, set in 1984. In this version we play as Naked Snake or Big Boss, who is Solid's father after that game. The subsequent titles are Metal Gear, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Metal Gear Rising, which isn't an official MGS title. It seems another MGS game beyond that might not exist except maybe Metal Gear Rising 2.

The gameplay was excellent, even the parts of chapter 2 were entertaining, though the story didn’t quite live up to expectations for a Metal Gear title.

It's tough to believe I haven't experienced something this intense. That moment with the snake lighting the cigar was unforgettable—without it, I feel let down. I'm still getting used to playing it.
