Keys could be, the reseller is just a placeholder. If any of them can supply either an MS certificate for an authorized reseller or another verification that the keys come from (dead prebuilds, etc.), then we can discuss genuine resellers.
Not all working methods are genuine. Activators also exist but aren't trustworthy. Cracked games function but remain unapproved. Cheap keys are pirated versions that work temporarily.
