Hello, I have the opportunity to purchase either of two notebooks equipped with the specified CPUs, and I'm struggling to decide which one is superior. Based on benchmarks, they're quite alike; the Ryzen tends to excel in multi-threaded tasks but underperforms in single-threaded ones.

I mainly use the laptop for school purposes—primarily for using MS Office and doing some basic statistical calculations. I might occasionally play older games during breaks, but the focus is on studying.

In general, both laptops are nearly identical in every aspect. Do you have any suggestions on which one to choose?

3500U ones, but could you locate a Ryzen 5300U ones? If it's in stock and matches the price, please consider it.

Thanks! I did also have a 5300 one saved, but it's about 60€ more expensive, so unless a really good offer pops up somewhere, i'm not sure i would use that value anyway
Imma keep an eye out, tho!
(I'm just gonna leave the question up for a few more hours in case someone else wants to share his thoughts, before giving away the Best answer)

It's almost a great value, running dual channels at 3200MHz—it's a versatile machine for both multitasking and light gaming.
