You've managed to get your GPU and installed Windows with some drivers. However, in BIOS you see RAM running at 2100 MHz instead of the full 3200 MHz. Your specs are: motherboard msi tomahawk B450, max CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600, RAM Corsair vengance lpx 3200MHz (four sticks, 8GB each = 32 GB), GPU Asus Rog Strix 2060 OC with 6GB. What should you do?

Yes. A section for fan settings is available (possibly requiring advanced mode via F7). Here you can configure the profiles for every fan in your setup (such as CPU and GPU fans, excluding GPU fans).

visited BIOS and attempted to adjust fan speed curves, but the system kept running at full speed. Note: later update—forgot about it. My mistake connected three front case fans via a splitter to a pump header, lmao. Edited Nov 27, 2019 by NSOrdinary

Still e-xmp remains active. Profile lreset 2 is chosen. Ram should operate at 2993 MHz if you recall properly. Aim for the full 3200 MHz. However, it's currently stuck at 2131 MHz.

Are you pressing F7 to enter advanced settings? After clicking OC on the left, check if DRAM Settings A-XMP is labeled as Profile 2. Ensure the DRAM Frequency is set to 3200Mhz. Upload a photo of your BIOS under the Advanced Mode OC page.

I think something went wrong. The box claims it handles 3200, but the system limits it to 2100.
