I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my Cinebench results. The latest test was two days ago, but it didn't show any changes. The current one looks better than the previous one, though it's still not up to the expected benchmark for my CPU. I'm not sure what might be causing this or how to fix it.

No, we do not run programs in the background during testing.

It's obvious what you're referring to—removing some background details leads to better outcomes.

The graphics card may not be functioning properly, affecting your Cinebench scores. Your memory and cooling system could also play a role.

your graphics card is outdated and not up to date (the single card wouldn’t handle three monitors), but it has 32 GB of decent memory and strong CPU cooling, which should work just fine.

It's accurate that it was quite pleasant when I purchased it, though I confirmed this on September 2, 2015. It seems the item is eligible for replacement.
