I might be able to skip the overclocking for all six cores... Would you like to check if adjusting to four cores or eight threads would work?))]

You can't have cores running at the same speed, yet Ryzen's idle power usage remains nearly the same as when it's not running, even with full clock speed and voltage. This makes it unclear why you'd want such a setup.

You have the option to turn off certain cores to achieve the desired performance, but it doesn't really matter. It's not useful to have more cores than necessary. You can't speed up four cores above the two that remain active.
