Hi, I see you've adjusted the XMP profile in BIOS to Profile 1, yet the changes don't seem to take effect as shown in the screenshots. Could you clarify why? You mentioned only changing the XMP setting between disabled and Profile 1. To boost your RAM speed, do you need any additional steps? Your specs are listed here: [link]. Your motherboard model is available on Gigabyte, and you're using an Intel i7 7700k. The device operates at 2400MHz and does not require enabling an XMP profile.

Supported maximum speed is 3800, using 3800MHz RAM won't work with that setup.

You're wondering why you can't reach 3866mhz. Your motherboard supports DDR4 speeds up to 3866MHz, but there might be factors limiting it. Check compatibility, power delivery, and motherboard firmware.

Sorry to hear that. I double-checked, and it does back up DDR4 3866MHz. However, performance drops noticeably after 3200MHz. If you can find a cheaper CAS 12 or 13 model at 3200MHz, it might be worth considering this option.
