For me, earlier versions didn't favor Performance Cores over Efficiency cores. My most recent build is stable (22000.348). I didn't perform a clean install; I just copied the OS before the latest release. The issues arose when not using the appropriate cores, specifically showing lower 3DMark scores for both CPU and overall performance.
