I appreciate it. Even though individuals resist change, I remain fond of it.

Windows 8.1: The Start Menu Edition isn’t appealing to me. I stayed with 7 after disliking 8, and I’ll upgrade only when DX12 comes out so I can get full support. Luckily, I use Windows mainly while gaming; OS X handles the rest. Also, let them be for skipping a number. Who are they, Nvidia? Snap

Consider using a virtual machine, but I need more storage right now.

I appreciate it, but I really favor Windows 8.1 over this option. The interface is much better. "What's the point? THEY'RE ESSENTIALLY THE SAME." It's not quite the same. Hopefully it's just a beta version, but there should be no animations—especially not the ones in the Expose area or when using alt+tab. I'd like more engaging transitions. There should also be quick shortcuts for the Expose feature. I want only my browser, file explorer, and WMP visible on the taskbar. Plus, I still want to keep the start screen active even with a keyboard and mouse.

It's likely Win+Tab switches between virtual desktops or apps.

That's a good observation. I didn't see the entire video, but it makes sense because they replaced the old app switcher with this new one. I still support the nice animations.

It seems like you're referencing a humorous observation about window jokes. Let me know if you'd like help expanding or rephrasing it!

Skipped every second Windows; general idea. Windows 10 can be purchased, so I’ll upgrade. I think I’m ready to install an SSD only on my PC until it’s updated, otherwise formatting is necessary, and Windows 9 would be a nice change.

I don't like the flat window style—it looks like colored paper. I prefer "transparent windows with see-through borders," and I really wish it comes with a W10 version.

The VM is set up for tomorrow. Please see if Microsoft fixes issues such as slow Alt-tab response or crashes in full-screen programs. Also, improve the Windows Store by adding metro apps and including classic applications so users can install, update, and purchase regular desktop software directly from the store instead of relying on the confusing app marketplace.
