I changed my CPU from Intel Core i5 4590T 2.00 GHz to Intel Core i5 4570T 2.90 GHz. I need to check if the i5 4570T 2.90 GHz is quicker than the i5 4590T 2.00 GHz.

The 4590T seems likely to perform better due to its larger cache and four physical cores without hyperthreading, whereas the 4570T uses hyperthreading and only two cores with four threads. The performance gap may be small and influenced more by the software being used.

You should see improved single-thread speed, but expect slightly reduced multi-thread performance because you’re switching from four physical cores to two hyperthreaded ones.
