You can remove all partitions except the one you wish to use for Windows 10. This will erase everything else, including your other drives. After formatting, you’ll need to choose the SSD during installation to ensure it’s selected. Deleting only the SSD won’t leave your other hard drives intact; they remain unaffected.

Windows will continue to recognize the additional storage devices.

You might format each drive individually. Removing a drive and disabling it during installation can result in Windows recognizing it in Drive Manager yet not in "My Computer."

Thank you for your response. I’ll just format all drives, delete the unwanted ones, and install Windows 10 on the SSD. I expect the remaining drives to stay empty but still appear on my system.

Turn off all additional storage devices prior to setting up Windows, ensuring no errors occur. Remove every partition, choose the unused area, tap next/start installation.

Your disk1 has a system-reserved partition that remains locked because it's designated for essential operations, preventing deletion.

Did you disconnect all additional storage devices before setting up Windows on the SSD? Otherwise, that’s the reason. If you did disconnect them, I’m not convinced unless they were already present beforehand.
