Alright so yes I have the ram in slot 2, it won't boot with them in slot 2 and 4 at the same time. I have a corsair RM750X and no I have not tried to reload windows because I didn't want to lose the things I have saved on the boot drive if I can help it.

It doesn't appear the PSU is the issue, but it seems to be the only constant in your efforts. Do you have a different PSU?

I'm not feeling any sadness, actually. I checked the voltages at first when the problem began, but the computer was still running and everything looked stable on CPUID HWMonitor.
