Hello, I own an ASUS X570 TUF Gaming Motherboard equipped with Wi-Fi. I've encountered an issue where it fails to boot and displays a CPU or VGA error during startup. Even after switching graphics cards, the problems continue. My board features the standard 24-pin and an extra 8-pin labeled EATX12V_1, plus a 4-pin labeled EATX12V_2. I have cables for the 24-pin and 8-pin but not the 4-pin, which shouldn't affect booting. I've used a 2070 Super and an older GT710, both resulting in the same outcome. I've already returned the RAM, CPU, and motherboard twice via RMA. The situation is confusing. Could this be a compatibility issue between the board and my components? ASUS confirmed everything is compatible. What should I do next?
The additional four-pin connector is meant for maximum cooling and overclocking. You can get by with the standard eight-pin version. That's all.

I managed to use a single stick of RAM, but it’s not very stable. It keeps restarting unexpectedly and, when I try to go past the BIOS setup, it shows that the computer didn’t start correctly and asks me to restart again. This cycle just keeps happening.
Have you attempted to reset CMOS and verify the BIOS version? It seems likely the latest BIOS is installed, but it's still a good idea to confirm.
I've reset the CMOS and confirmed the BIOS is up to date. I'm not familiar with ASUS much.
