That's for sure. You can only play some low-res games.
In addition to that, your idea that the video can reroute from Sapphire to iGPU's outut is not going to happen. There is no such mechanism.

Does this affect performance? If my monitor is plugged into the motherboard but the system uses this mining GPU to run games, will it perform as well as with a DVI connection and physical cable? Also, people have mixed opinions—some say it works fine while others claim it won’t. Will it actually function? 😀
The best way to confirm is to test it personally. It should not only work but also run smoothly at full speed without issues.

By adjusting the registry, I aimed to include this feature in the Graphics Settings menu. I haven't commented on performance or made these changes, as I haven't tested them. However, I've noticed their performance is lower than that of consumer GPUs.

It's just a small frame difference, nothing noticeable.
What about the "chewing out" part?
I also mentioned that it might not work with a mining card, but that doesn't change the fact that adjusting graphics was a Windows 10 feature from the start. People should stop claiming it's only an issue for laptops.

Refer to the Z87 chipset and motherboard schematic
the iGPU lanes operate separately from other PCIE lanes

It indicates they operate on separate circuits and there is no possibility to re-route the data between them.

This might not function properly. Using the mining GPU for game processing while relying on your IGPU to display images on the monitor could cause issues.
