It looks like you're having trouble accessing the BIOS settings. Based on the information from your official MMO website, it seems the only available guide is here: https://asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS10. It might help to try that instead of guessing.

Performed a bios update that clearly met the criteria set by the LED in the flbk function. No other ideas come to mind.

All AM5 models except one ITX version include this capability. The specifics are outlined in the user guide. I’m currently focused on my phone. I also own an Asrock AM5 board.

You can find these codes on the motherboard by checking the label or markings near the CPU socket area. If you're unsure, consult the user manual or manufacturer's website for detailed instructions.

These instructions apply only to seven-segment displays, such as those found on vintage stopwatches

I’m really worried about a possible short circuit, especially since I’ve got 15 years of hardware experience and can’t think of anything else. There must be a faulty motherboard causing this issue.

It's a frustrating situation with a stubborn screw in a tight spot—definitely not a day to smile.
