Windows 11 has been performing well so far. I dislike the start menu's tendency to change things. Recently, the file explorer freezes when spinning disks occur. The only solution is a three-finger salute and restarting the task. It functions normally until it stops. I've tried several fixes so far. sfc /scannow virus check completed successfully. All is well. Memtest results are normal. Crystal Disk confirms the drives are healthy. All files and drivers are up to date. W11 is current too. Appreciate your help ahead of time.

Do you have any folders linked to a network share or cloud storage service?

I’m pretty sure the window’s power button is off, but I can’t confirm for sure. Besides that, steam seems to be out of the question?

Updates about this situation aren't widely available. I'm using a modem from my ISP and connecting my PC via a 2-meter Cat 5 Ethernet cable. There are four other devices—phones, a Linux machine, and a phone—all connected to Wi-Fi under the TV. It wasn't as smart as advertised. I'm struggling with file sharing and don't know why it's not working. It's a recurring problem, especially with Windows 10; I'm unsure why it's an issue in version 11.

I'm attempting a new version again. So far, nothing has resolved the issue. Anyway, guys.
