Hi, I recently purchased Elden Ring on PC via Steam and have noticed frequent 1% frame drops that cause stuttering. This affects the overall gameplay feel. I've attempted to enable V-Sync through the Nvidea Control panel, but it didn't resolve the issue. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 5600X, GTX 1070, 8GB RAM, 16GB storage, Trident Z 3600MHz. Any suggestions on how to improve this?

Game pauses during texture initialization to memory. Performance issues become clearer with slower RAM or storage devices. A modpack that preloads all shaders may help; look for it.
