ignore the bios part, you don’t need it for the laptop. Just flash the SPD on the RAM sticks through OS and it should work fine. I’ll have to try it myself before I can assist further. But be aware you’ll be limited to 2133 if you manage it—Sandy Bridge is capped at 2133 MB for memory.
The most affordable option is what you can get, since those branded sticks aren’t worth much unless you have the right accessories. Used 8GB OEM SSDIMMS or “new” fake Chinese 8GB SSDIMMS are around $5 for the used ones, while black sticks with no real part number work just like regular OEM ones.
If you install 1600MHz RAM it will work only on 1333MHz. As I look for specs online your laptop doesn't support higher freq RAM. But if there is no price difference than doesn't matter. Why not check what RAM shows CPU-Z? Or pull out RAM and check specs.
