Hello, I’m planning to enhance my system by upgrading the CPU and RAM. I’ve selected the Ryzen 5 5600X for the CPU. For the RAM upgrade, I’m considering only adding more memory and then the CPU afterward. Regarding your questions: the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3200MHz (CAS16) should work well with this board. As for the CAS, upgrading from 15 to 16 is generally safe if you’re replacing both sticks, as long as the new RAM supports the higher CAS speed.

What kind of RAM do you have? If it's similar to 3000MT CL15, don't worry about upgrading. Otherwise, consider getting a budget-friendly 3200CL16 or 3600CL16.

The CL16 3200MHz chip would work well with the 5600X Ryzen processor.
