The 32GB setup works fine at 3200MHz with XMP enabled. Upgrading to a 64GB kit should still support 3200MHz across all four sticks.

I purchased two individual RAM modules and everything functions properly on my computer. I think the issue lies with the motherboard's dual-channel setup. Just verify that the speeds, timing, and voltage match.
